A call for the position of Administrator – Project Services within the Psychological Service Team on a definite basis is being issued.
The Duties of Administrator – Project Services include:
- To assist in the planning and implementation of the project. Develop project plans, manage projects budget, and manage resource allocation
- To facilitate the definition of projects scope, goals and deliverables
- To assist in defining and implementing project tasks and resource requirements
- To track project deliverables using appropriate tools, deliver project evaluations and assessment of results
- To plan and schedule projects timeline and constantly monitor and report on progress of the project
- To present reports defining projects changes and interventions to achieve projects goals, outputs, identify problems, and solutions
- To assist in audits, report writing and ad hoc requests
- To prepare information as required and maintain records and notes
- Provide excellent communication with all agencies involved and deal with incoming calls as required
- Participate in development of new systems for the department
- Input data, word processing, collect and produce statistical information required by the agency and to maintain and develop data collection systems
- Deal with all clerical matters regarding the successful management of the project
- To assist in coordinating tasks, the planning, and the implementation of daily work
- Calendar and appointment administration; schedule appointments and meetings and update calendar
- Updating SL and VL of staff
- Manage and monitor Key Performance Indicators
- Develop, administer and manage filing systems
- Create spreadsheets/ expenditure budgets/ projects presentations and provide statistical and budget reports
- Carrying out any other duties and responsibilities as may be required from time to time by the Unit Leader and/ or the Agency.
The minimum requirements are:
- Covering letter and detailed CV
- Certificates
- Valid Police Conduct
- Two/ three references
- Must be fluent in English language.
The minimum Requirements are:
- Possession of a Diploma Level 5 (minimum 24 ECTS) or comparable diploma and 2 years’ experience in migration.
or
- Certificates and Training in EU Funds and 2 year’ experience in migration or welfare setting.
or
- 6 O’ levels and 2 years relevant experience in migration or welfare setting.
All candidates must have proven knowledge of IT skills.
